Air flow mapping system is a special device or an aerosol fog generation system that allows you to visualize the movement of air flow.

Fog generation occurs using Liquid Nitrogen technology and DI Water or WFI water.
Typically, this is the use of liquid nitrogen, or boiling of clean prepared water with ultrasonic piezoelements. Water is heated by a special method that kills all microorganisms or uses already ready water for injections (WFI).

The fog generators usually consist of a stainless steel water container, and generators with liquid nitrogen also have a special Dewar vessel.

Water vapor formed by ultrasound is directed to fog from liquid nitrogen and they are mixed. The fans are not used for the steam supply. Water molecules combine with large nitrogen molecules and form a very dense ultra-pure fog with low pressure. As a result, such a fog with a particle size of 2-3 μm and has a good visualization and has no turbulence.

For more performance and better visualization, you can use additional accessories such as special LED lighting and special attachments.
